Welcome to DNAnswer. By accessing or using dnanswer.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account, your password and all activity under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant DNAnswer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute your content as part of the Service. You are responsible for what you post.

Content on DNAnswer is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal or financial decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The DNAnswer name, logo, design, code and curated content (excluding user contributions) are owned by us and protected by applicable laws.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability or fitness for any purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNAnswer is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
